A Farm Crew Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating and directing a large sized group of skilled and unskilled farm crews operating and engaged in routine farm tasks in a large institutional farm.  They are specialized with subordinate related units such as dairy, poultry, field, garden and orchard. The Farm Crew Supervisor directs farm crews on tasks to general administrative matters, such as production, purchasing, personnel, accounting and ensuring productivity and farm profitability.
